Final Eclipse Movie Trailer - Official #2 (HD)

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2010)

Starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner
Based on Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer

The third instalment of the Twilight series. Bella can't fight the love triangle involving Edward and Jacob, but she's made up her mind and is trying to stick to it. Victoria is still trying to kill Bella to avenge her boyfriends death in Twilight. The warewolves and vampires are trying to get along and work together to thwart her efforts again, but they have difficulty getting past their prejudice.

I am a big Twilight fan, so this is a difficult review to write. I think that it is the best movie of the saga so far, and I doubt Breaking Dawn will be better. I'm a sucker for the love story, and I definately got my fill of it. The acting and chemistry has improved since the first movie. There is a more elaborate fight scene at the end than any previous installment.

I have two complaints about the movie. First, Jessica was validictorian? Seriously? When I graduated from high school the class president also gave a speech, and I felt that honor for the ditzy character would have been more convincing. I find it difficult to believe that Jessicas grades were higher than the Cullen's, Bella's and even Angela's. Second, I would have liked to see Bree Tanner be a stronger character. Granted, I read "The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner" by Stephenie Meyer before seeing the movie, but she seemed really scared and I would have liked for her to be braver.

For those of you who aren't into Twilight, save your money. If you didn't like the first two movies, you aren't going to like the third.

Despicable Me - Official Trailer 4 [HD]

Despicable Me (2010)

Animation staring Steve Carell, Jason Segal, Russell Brand, Julie Andrews, and Miranda Cosgrove

A super villain feels pressure to up his game in order to compete with younger more creative super villains. His plan to steal the moon leads him on a series of adventures that will have you laughing til the end.

Despicable me is an animated comedy fit for young and old. Child safe humor that will have adults rolling. If you miss it in theaters, make sure you catch it on DVD. I recommend this movie, but you aren't missing much if you wait to see it.

'Remember Me' Trailer HD

Remember Me (2010)

Starring Robert Pattinson and Emilie de Ravin

A romantic drama between two college students. Both have experienced rough domestic life's including witnessing a parents murder and finding a siblings body after his suicide. It's your basic boy meets girl, boy gets beat up by girl's cop father, boy asks her out to hurt the cop and then falls in love anyway story line, but the ending is quite unexpected.

The movie has a lull in the beginning during which I couldn't decide if I disliked Robert Pattinson (the actor) or Tyler Hawkins (the character he was playing). As the movie developed, and the characters became more pronounced I found myself really starting to like him. I think the flow in the movie worked to make you fall in love with the characters. The bittersweet ending is worth the turmoil that they go through. I highly recommend this movie.
